Implicit Bias for Real Estate Professionals is a two hour, two credit course designed to meet the NYS requirements for implicit bias training for all real estate professionals.  The course explores “implicit bias” and its application to building relationships especially as seen in the real estate industry.   The course invites participants to recognize their implicit biases and to recognize the effects of bias on home buyers and real estate professionals. Understand the influence of unconscious bias in your life and protect yourself and serve your clients. The course is delivered by nationally certified distance education instructor, Michael Dantona, Ed.D.
